IVF Consultation
A complex series of procedures used to assist with the conception of a child, we are here to help you resolve issues related to fertility and pre-implantation genetic testing. We closely monitor and stimulate a woman’s ovulatory process so that one or more mature eggs can be collected from the ovary and fertilized by the sperm in the clinically safe environment of a laboratory. Then the fertilized egg or embryo is transferred to a uterus and allowed to develop, while being monitored at every stage. One full cycle of IVF takes about three weeks. Sometimes these steps are split into different parts and the process can take longer.
IVF is the most effective form of assisted reproductive technology. The procedure can be conducted using a couple’s own eggs and sperm. Alternately, IVF may involve eggs, sperm or embryos from a known or anonymous donor. In some cases, a gestational carrier i.e., someone who has an embryo implanted in the uterus might be used. The couple’s chance of having a healthy baby by using IVF depends on many factors, such as one’s age and the cause of infertility. In addition, IVF can be time-consuming, expensive and invasive. If more than one embryo is transferred to the uterus, IVF can result in a pregnancy with more than one foetus, in other words a multiple pregnancy.
PCOS/PCOD
Our team of experts can help you identify and deal with PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) and PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). PCOD is a medical condition in which cysts are formed gradually in the ovary when a woman’s ovary produces immature or partially mature eggs in large numbers. Due to this, the ovary becomes large and secretes a large volume of male hormones (androgens) causing infertility, irregular menstrual cycles, hair loss and abnormal weight gain. PCOD can be controlled through diet and lifestyle modifications. PCOS is a metabolic disorder in which a woman is affected by hormonal imbalance in her reproductive years (between ages 12 and 51). Due to the increase in the level of male hormones, a woman might skip menstrual periods or have irregular ovulation, which thereby makes it difficult to conceive. A woman may also have abnormal hair growth on the body and face simultaneously. PCOD can lead to heart disease and diabetes as a long-term effect. PCOS is a serious medical condition, and it requires proper medical attention or surgical treatment.
Many women have PCOD or PCOS but they are not aware of it. We help you detect the symptoms early so that you can treat them soon.
- Ovarian cysts
- Increased levels of male hormones
- Skipped or irregular periods
Sonography
An ultrasound (sonogram) is an imaging technique that uses sound waves to produce images of internal organs. A regular ultrasound may be recommended when the doctor needs to investigate causes of certain illnesses or symptoms that the body has been showing related to the female reproductive system. Our sonography services are offered in the best quality facility with world-class infrastructure and most advanced equipment.
In addition to the regular ultrasound, we also offer foetal ultrasound images that can help the healthcare provider to evaluate the baby’s growth and development, and monitor a woman’s pregnancy. The first foetal ultrasound is usually done during the first trimester to confirm the pregnancy and estimate how long one has been pregnant. If the pregnancy remains uncomplicated, the next ultrasound is typically offered during the second trimester, when anatomic details are visible. If a problem is suspected, a follow-up ultrasound or additional imaging tests, such as an MRI, might be recommended. We offer both types of foetal ultrasound exams – Transvaginal Ultrasound and Transabdominal Ultrasound.
Being a Mom is an experience of a lifetime! It is amazing to know how miraculously a new life grows inside a woman’s womb, for which mother Nature prepares a woman’s body to protect the little one. In effect, a woman’s womb and body gets geared up physically to take care of the little one. But, unfortunately various myths and lack of adequate knowledge make this experience quite stressful. We strive to help break these myths by imparting the right and scientific way to go ahead with various aspects of pregnancy. These involve Mental Health and Physiotherapy programs.
Mental Health
People generally use the term ‘mental health’ to mean merely the absence of a mental disorder. But it is much more than that. Mental health can affect daily living, relationships and physical health. Mental Health is integral to the concept of health as a whole. It refers to the cognitive, behavioral and emotional well-being. It is all about how people think, feel, and behave. Besides physical factors, interpersonal connections at home and at work, stress, depression, and anxiety can affect mental health and disrupt a person’s routine. Looking after mental health can preserve a person’s ability to enjoy life. It involves reaching a balance between various activities that constitute life and one’s responsibilities. It is an on-going effort to achieve psychological resilience.
It is also important to be in the right mindset so as to be conducive to conception. A lot of fertility issues and problems pertaining to female hormonal imbalances occur due to, or result in improper mental health. We offer expert advice and proper counselling to address good mental health.
Physiotherapy
This involves an incredible child-birth program that will help one prepare for one’s baby’s birth by striking a balance between one’s body and mind, as well as that of one’s partner. All programs are designed after due scientific research and are based on movements to focus on specific maternal health conditions or problems a woman may experience during pregnancy.
The perinatal and antenatal exercises aim at improving the physical and psychological well-being of an expectant mother as she prepares for labour. It also helps aims at preventing pregnancy-induced pathologies by various physical means with the blend of Yoga, Breathing, Physiotherapy, Exercise, Nutrition and Lamaze.
Our Antenatal and Post-natal classes are meant to educate couples throughout the pregnancy months to an easy labour. These sessions prepare the couple for all the physical and psycho-social challenges in order to be blessed with a healthy baby and a healthy and smiling mommy!
In addition to the right guidance and advice about medicines to be taken, the physical activity levels that one is allowed, nutrition and breathing techniques, are all equally important for women who are going to be mothers soon.

Diet Consultation
Diet plays an extremely crucial role in a human being’s life, especially, a woman. A good diet is one of the many factors that facilitate a good and healthy pregnancy. Right from the time, a girl enters her menstruation period till she becomes ready to bear a child, and even beyond that, diet plays a very important role in facilitating her hormone levels and in her overall health.
After delivery, the mother’s body needs to heal and recover from pregnancy and childbirth, as well as to produce breast milk. The weight gained during pregnancy builds up the stores for recovery and breastfeeding. Mothers need to maintain a healthy diet so that they can be healthy and active and able to care for their baby.
We offer consultation services for diet regulation and monitoring right through pregnancy as well as the post-natal phase. From encouraging new mothers to focus on eating whole grains, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as foods that provide plenty of protein, calcium, and iron, we also ensure that the detailed diet plan includes the main food groups that should be included in your daily diet.
A balanced diet can be achieved by eating a variety of foods from each of these food groups, as well as by consuming individual foods in different forms, such as eating different varieties of fruits and vegetables or cooking foods in different ways.
Antenatal Care Classes
Antenatal care is the care you get from health professionals during your pregnancy and is sometimes called pregnancy care or maternity care. Extremely beneficial to the to-be-mother as well as the baby, these classes are recommended even if your pregnancy is going well and you’re feeling well. It is important for you to attend your appointments so that any potential risks can be identified and prevented, or reduced.
We offer you an appointment with a midwife, or sometimes a doctor who specialises in pregnancy and birth (an obstetrician).

Genetic Counselling
Genetic counselling involves talking about a genetic condition with a health professional who has qualifications in both genetics and counselling. Genetic conditions are caused by changes or mistakes in genes. These conditions may be inherited from one or both parents.
Based on your personal and family health history, we can help you with excellent genetic counselling. There are different stages in your life when you might be referred for genetic counselling:
- Planning for Pregnancy: Genetic counselling before you become pregnant can address concerns about factors that might affect your baby during infancy or childhood or your ability to become pregnant.
- During Pregnancy: Genetic counselling while you are pregnant can address certain tests that may be done during your pregnancy, any detected problems, or conditions that might affect your baby during infancy or childhood.
- Caring for Children: Genetic counselling can address concerns if your child is showing signs and symptoms of a disorder that might be genetic.
- Managing Your Health: Genetic counselling for adults includes specialty areas such as cardiovascular, psychiatric, and cancer. Genetic counselling can be helpful if you have symptoms of a condition or have a family history of a condition that makes you more likely to be affected with that condition.
